Job Benefit

Welcome and support Vietnamese & foreign visitors.
Support meeting and guest arrangements, including preparation of refreshments.
Manage uniforms, lockers, canteen, stationery, office supplies and administrative inventory.
Arrange and manage administrative documents.
Coordinate company vehicle arrangements.
Handle visa, business trip, and flight arrangements for Vietnamese & foreign employees and visitors.
Coordinate and manage security guards and security services.
Manage suppliers/contractors related to HR & Administration.
Other tasks as assigned by HR & Admin superiors.

College degree or above (Business Administration, Human Resource, or related majors).
Candidates currently living in Binh Duong Province are preferred.
Intermediate English.
Careful, well-organized, and good communication skills.
Willing to work overtime or on weekends when required.
