Job Description

Advise operations team on fire prevention equipment and techniques and on fire code and standard interpretation and compliance.
Inspect facilities and machines to determine fire protection system requirements and potential problems in areas such as electricity safety, machine safety, chemical safety, water supplies, exit locations, and construction materials.
Research and apply high tech fire detection equipment, design fire detection equipment, alarm systems, and fire extinguishing devices and systems.
Conduct fire risk assessment, identify, and prepare and write reports detailing specific fire prevention and protection issues, such as work performed, revised codes or standards, and proposed review schedules.
Determine causes of fires and ways in which they could have been prevented.
Develop plans for the prevention of destruction by fire.
Study the relationships between ignition sources and materials to determine how fires start.
Develop training materials and conduct training sessions on fire protection.

Job Requirement

- Bachelor in Mechanical/ Chemical/ Electricity Engineering
- English is fluently (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
- At least 2-3 years experience in fire safety related to chemicals, production machinery, electricity in a big size manufacturing company with strict requirements on fire safety.
- High responsibility, eager to learn and good personality.
