Job Description

- Drive Lean Six Sigma Culture Change and develop an implementation Program Planning

- Analyze and suggest improvements to business processes to improve overall workflow efficiency and effectiveness, with a focus on delivering results

- Apply process improvement and re-engineering methodologies utilizing Lean and Six Sigma sciences to identify and capitalize on opportunities for improvement

- Contribute to the design and implementation of enterprise-wide understanding, communication, education and coordination of all programs related to Quality, Lean, and Six Sigma

- Advocate and influence change, passionately driving process excellence and continually striving for ‘Breakthrough Improvement’ in all projects

- Provide coaching and leadership in the deployment of Lean Principles, Systems, and Tools

- Conduct regular Gemba Walks to identify gaps for further improvement

- Mentor and advise on key deliverables for each Phase of DMAIC (define, measure, analyze, improve, control) methodology for both Lean and Six Sigma projects

- Determine correct strategy for Lean and Six Sigma projects, taking problem statement and defining appropriate metrics to enable successful execution

- Complete and Mentor comprehensive Lean and 6 Sigma data analysis, leveraging experience in determining both correct tools to be used and key conclusions drawn

- Provide expert Lean and Six Sigma advice and technical support to process improvement teams

- Teach in house Lean Sigma training courses, Yellow and Green Belts trainings

- Develop and share new methods and techniques to further the advancement of Lean & 6 Sigma

- Other assignments from the management board.

Job Requirement

- Must have Six Sigma Black Belt Certificate 

- English is fluently (listening, speaking, reading, writing)

- Bachelor in mechanical, industrial management, eletronics, other .... (University or Master)

- At least 2-3 years experience Practicing Lean and 6 Sigma in a big size manufacturing company

- High responsibility, eager to learn and good personality
