Job Description

- Calculate material and follow up delivery with Purchasing team so that make sure enough goods for Production side.
- Make shipment schedule plan for some suppliers to make sure enough goods for user and don’t over warehouse capacity.
- Follow up the fulfilment of material requirement plans. Take measures to adjust plans when necessary
- Follow up usage quantity. Maintain a healthy inventory levels within target ranges for key materials
- Contact to concerned sections to solve problem such as: shortage material, over WH capacity, delay/postpone shipment, request earlier shipment…..
- Make material requirement plans daily/ monthly report
- Check free stock and inform to customers.
- Maintain material and planning related master data.

Job Requirement

_ Graduated from University majoring in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Industrial Management, Supply Chain, Logistics

_ Male/ Female

_ Experience: Fresh or have experience ~ 1 year.

_ Competences: Work under pressure, MS office (Advanced MS Excel skills is a plus).

_ Skills: Basic knowledge in statistics, good at communication and team work, hard-working, eager to learn, high responsibility.

_ Fair command in English.
