Job Description

  • Set up production process routing.
  • Maintain and update data routing based on process change.
  • Review and improve routing to improve productivity through reduce NVA, SVA.
  • Process control and standardize improvement outcome.
  • Support (facilitate) automate process to reduce HC.
  • Run & report CI initiatives within manufacturing scope.
  • Developing new machines, tools, jigs for production process.
  • Daily Gemba Walk at production workplace to find out quick action plans to improve productivity, quality, safety, 5S and other activities.
  • Support preparing and translating Lean training material from English into Vietnamese.
  • Coordinate with Cross-functional Managers related to Engineering work and Lean strategy.
  • Do other tasks assigned by the direct superior.

Job Requirement

  • Experienced 0-2 years in manufacturing environment
  • Graduated University in Industrial Management, Industrial Engineering or any Technical field
  • Experience at Automation will be preferred
  • Experience at takt time analysis and routing set up, CI projects, Engineering change projects
  • Basic to advanced knowledge in Lean, Continuous Improvement, Problem solving tools
  • Familiar with Lean tools such as Time study, Process analysis...
  • Take ownership for delegated works, proactive to report to high level and coordinate with other departments.
  • Able to work with chemical; good health for working in production environment
  • Can work overtime and able to work under high pressure
  • Can use good Microsoft Office software as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Can use English in daily working
