  • Shipment acknowledgement.
  • Being the window between customer and company.
  • Sending shipping advice to customer.
  • Communicate with customers by email.
  • Solving problem during shipment.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirement

  • Fair command of English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience in factory customer service is plus
  • Hard-working, high responsibility, eager to learn and good personality.
