Manage COO forms requested by customers and coordinate with teams to verify order and import/export documents (contracts, invoices, packing lists, B/L, etc.
Monitor and track the progress of customs clearance and shipping procedures.
Oversee material inputs and outputs to meet EPE operation regulations.
Prepare and submit regular customs reports and settlements.
Track delivery schedules, coordinate bookings with freight forwarders, and ensure timely deliveries.
Evaluate and negotiate with contractors, agents, and service providers to ensure cost-effective and efficient shipping solutions.
Develop and conduct training for staff on logistics and import-export processes.

Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Import-Export.
At least 1 year of relevant experience.
Proficient in MS Office, Internet, E-mail, and import/export management software.
Fluent in English, especially in business communication and document comprehension.
Strong knowledge of import/export processes, Incoterms, Customs regulations, international payment methods, import/export taxes, HS codes, trade agreements, and related documentation.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with partners, shipping lines, and customs officers.
Proactive problem solver with a flexible, solution-oriented approach.
