Technical Engineer (VSIP 2 - Binh Duong)

1. Set up new products; Set up new production processes

2. Evaluation new materials; developing new cleaners, new additives for process improvement

3. Problem solving for production process related to yield, cost, capacity; data analysis.

4. Production process control

- Working in Production line, observe, review and update SOP document related to engineering works

- Optimize process in term of yield, cost, productivity with safety manner

5. Developing new machines, tools, jigs for production process continues improvement

6. Support Managers related to Engineering work.

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related enigneering field.
• Experience applying process optimization methodologies to support continuous process improvement is a plus.
• Can use English in working (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• Must be able to work with chemical; good health for working in production environment
• High responsibility, eager to learn and good personality.
• Logical thinking, consistence and resilience against difficult topics.
• Can work overtime and able to work under high pressure
