- Receive purchasing requirements, review information and identify purchasing requests.
- Seeking suppliers both domestically and internationally. To ensure that engineering items, consumables, equipment, machinery, services, and projects are sourced and procured strategically, on schedule, and cost-efficient manner, while satisfying the required specifications.
- Send inquiries to suppliers in order to request quotation, specifications, SOW, Technical information, assuring procurement in line with the company's procurement policy. Thus, guaranteeing continuous operations.
- Checking quotation, Negotiation, Suppliers evaluation and Selection, contract, agreement.
- Tracking purchasing requirements to ensure meeting the timeline, deadline for purchasing request from User.
- Issue PO to Supplier, Purchase Order confirmation and PO tracking.
- Resolving claim from user, take complaints (if any), coordinate with relevant staff / department to deal with such complaints or suggest solutions to problems.
- Annually Re-evaluation Supplier, Supplier performance review. Search for potential suppliers and develop suppliers / contractors.
- Co-operate with Procurement Team and join in Cost reduction project and Cost saving activities, Payment extension, Automation and Sustainability project.
- Prepares monthly reports on procurement activities.
- Other tasks by Procurement manager.
- English is fluently (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
- Minimum 2 year working experience in Technical Procurement.
- Graduated from Foreign Trade, Import - Export, Business Administration.
- Male/ Female, Age: 24 ~28 years old.
- High responsibility, eager to learn and good personality.
- Well-knowledge of purchasing process in domestic and oversea (for purchasing position) or in foreign trade and import & export process in the custom and at the port (for import position).
- Good communication, teamwork, presentation. Openness, transparency and efficiency of the procurement process.
- Strong negotiation skill. Analytical and Proactive Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
- Logical thinking, flexible, consistence.
- Ability work under high pressure.
