- Receive purchasing requirements from User, review information and identify purchasing request.
- Seeking suppliers both domestically and oversea.
- Send inquiry to suppliers in order to request quotation, specification, SOW, Technical information.
- Checking quotation, Negotiation, Suppliers evaluation and Selection, contract, agreement.
- Tracking purchasing requirements to ensure meet the timeline, deadline for purchasing request from User.
- Issue PO to Supplier, Purchase Order confirmation and PO tracking.
- Resolving claim from user, Take complaints (if any), coordinate with relevant staff / department to deal with such complaints or suggest solutions to problems.
- Annually Re-evaluation Supplier, Supplier performance review. Search for potential suppliers and develop suppliers / contractors.
- To assist Procurement manager to ensure that products meet best quality and budget requirements, delivery on time, purchasing request from User.
- Co-operate with Procurement Team and join in Cost reduction project and Cost saving activities, Payment extension, Automation and Sustainability project.
- Fluent English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
- Graduated in Foreign Trade, Import - Export, Business Administration.
- Male/ Female, Age: 23 ~28 years old. (Minimum 1 year working experience in Procurement).
- High responsibility, eager to learn and good personality.
- Well-knowledge of purchasing process in domestic and oversea (for purchasing position) or in foreign trade and import & export process in the custom and at the port (for import position).
- Good communication, team work, presentation. Openness, transparency and efficiency of the procurement process.
- Logical thinking, flexible, consistence.
- Ability work under high pressure.
